Headwaters Gallery

I know there will be sticklers for detail who will disagree about the boundaries I have set for the four sections of the river. I agree they are somewhat arbitrary, but the fit my own experience and, after all, this is my web site! So I'm defining the Headwaters section as starting at Lake Itasca and ending just before the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/Saint Paul. That is the point that commercial traffic begins on the river and so it seems an appropriate place to make the transition.
